FOUNDER & CEO
Joseph Alchalel Rozillio brings over 25 years of experience building and scaling children's publishing and educational product businesses across Mexico and the United States, founding Books & Bags (2003), serving as General Manager and Partner of Kam Kio SA de C.V. (2008), and establishing Dreams Art S.A. de C.V. in Mexico (2015) alongside Dreams Art LLC in the U.S. (2019).
His expertise spans the complete value chain from sourcing and product innovation to market expansion, including securing major licensing agreements with Disney, Mattel, and Sesame Street.
He holds the U.S. equivalents of a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Finance and completed an Executive Education program at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.
